Otis développe son activité et recherche un formateur chantier (H/F) pour intégrer l'entité Constructions Neuves IDF. Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice chantier, la finalité de votre poste est d'accompagner et auditer les techniciens de montage sur chantier. L'enjeu est d'accompagner la montée en compétences des techniciens.
En tant que formateur terrain, vous êtes également le garant de la validation des acquis à l'issue de la formation et êtes force de proposition pour les évolutions internes (régleur, garant CE).
